Terms, privacy and cookies

These are the rules for website and web application work.

Terms

A piece of work starts from a request and a conversation. The written offer says what will be done, the timing and the price. What is not in the offer is not included.

The work starts after the advance. The rest of the payment is at handover, when you see the site working.

The domain, the accounts and the code are in the client's name. Certitudo does not keep them after handover, except the access the client wants for maintenance and can take back.

Monthly maintenance, if chosen, is a separate arrangement. It can stop as the offer says.

For an individual, the work is custom. By the request and the checkbox, the person asks us to start after the advance and understands that the work is made for them.

Privacy

From the form we take: whether you are an individual or a company, the company name and number if you write them, the service, the description, the domain, what is already ready, the timing, the rough budget, who decides, the name, the email and the phone if you leave it. We also take the agreement about the advance and the agreement about the data.

We use them to answer the request and, if we reach a piece of work, to do it. The basis is your request and, after the offer, the contract.

The request reaches Certitudo, by email and in the working panel. If the anti-robot check is on, the form also talks to Cloudflare Turnstile.

We do not ask for or keep a national identity number. We keep the request for as long as we need to answer and to keep a record of the work, then we can delete it on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to the email in the footer. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
